Join the Sorauren Park Association!
The Sorauren Park Association offers a great opportunity for parents, residents and sponsors to contribute to health and welfare of our kids…and to the spirit that is so much a part of living in Roncesvalles Village and area.
The association is made up of volunteers who meet once a month, especially during the off-season, to plan the upcoming season, make improvements, and make sure all the many details get looked after. We work closely with the good people at Toronto Parks and Recreation to make it happen.
Key positions include chairperson, coach coordinator, sponsorship coordinator, FUNtastic Tourney convenor, and banquet coordinator. But there are many ways to help, and the rewards are many, too.
A simple way to stay involved is to join our e-mail list. Contact us to get on our list, to stay notified of meetings, and to get involved. You can also call Parks and Rec at the Parkdale Community Recreation Centre, which looks after Sorauren Park, at 416-392-6696.
